STEP 01
Reach out + Book your date
The first step is securing your special day on our calendar! After we connect to discuss your vision and confirm that we are the perfect fit, we will make it official. You will select the package that best fits your day, sign the digital service agreement (contract), and submit a non-refundable retainer fee to reserve your date. once secured, you'll receive a detailed welcome guide filled with tips, style inspirations, and an overview of what comes next.
STEP 02
Plan + Prepare
This is where the vision starts to come to life, and we build a relationship. Shortly after booking, we will set up a dedicated consultation, either via Zoom, Facetime, or an in-person meeting, to discuss the detailed vision of your day. We will then collaborate to build the ideal photography timeline and schedule your engagement/boudoir session (if included). We'll have a final check-in call 1-2 weeks before the wedding to confirm all details, locations, and finalize any necessary shot lists.
STEP 03
Your Big Day
Relax, enjoy every moment, and trust the process! your only job is to get married, we'll handle the rest! We arrive early, ready to capture all the designated moments outlined in your timeline, from the details and preparation to the ceremony and reception. We provide natural. easy-going direction for portraits and group photos, allowing you to feel relaxed while ensuring we capture stunning, authentic images. We work professionally and discreetly, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the celebration while we document the story unfolding around you.
STEP 04
Sneak peeks + Delivery
The excitement continues long after the confetti settles as we move swiftly into editing and delivering your finished memories. Within 24-72 hours of your wedding, you'll receive a small selection of beautiful sneak peeks to share with family and friends (priority to The Eternal package). your full, high-resolution online gallery will then be delivered within the timeframe specified in your contract. you can use print credit to order professional prints and albums directly from your gallery, ensuring your digital memories become cherished heirlooms.

To ensure your story is told without compromise, I offer complimentary payment plans for all sessions. This allows you to spread your investment out into smaller, manageable installments. Your date is reserved with your retainer, and the remaining balance is simply tucked away over time so you can focus entirely on enjoying your session.
